We want you to feel confident ordering from Lio. Our return policy complies fully with the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including EU, UK, and UAE regulations where applicable.
EU & UK Customers Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that window. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
UAE & Other Markets Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable local consumer protection laws of your country of purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We'll make it right.
Delivery Delivery times depend on your location and shipping provider. If your package does not arrive, we will resend it and provide a new tracking number.
