• Customer pays return shipping unless product is defective

9.2 Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned products
• Original payment method will be credited

9.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened flavor cores cannot be returned unless defective.

By subscribing to Cores Club:

10.2 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your account or by emailing support@breathelio.com
• Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
• No refunds for unused portions of current period
• No cancellation fees

10.3 Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify subscription pricing (with 30 days notice)
• Change included benefits
• Discontinue subscription service (with 60 days notice and pro-rata refund)

10.4 Payment Failures

If subscription payment fails:
