Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@breathelio.com.
We’re sure you’ll love Lio™️, but if it’s not quite what you expected, we’ve got you covered! Here’s how it works:
Unused Product Returns: If you haven’t opened or used your Lio™️, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Just send it back, and we’ll process a refund (return shipping is on you, and any label fees will be deducted from the refund).
Your 30-Day Journey: If you’ve started using Lio™️, we encourage you to fully experience the benefits with a 30-day commitment on your journey to quit. After completing 30 days, if you feel it’s not right for you, you have an extra week to let us know, and we’ll gladly process your refund. This gives you plenty of time to truly experience the impact!
If you are returning your Lio after 30 days of trying, please make sure you comply with the following conditions:

The habit tracker must be fully completed and included in the return package

The return is initiated within 1 week after completing the 30-day trial period.

Returns must comply with all instructions provided to ensure a valid refund

Only 1 completed Journey Pack used per person, will be refunded. If multiple used Journey Packs are returned, we need to received multiple selfies with the completed habit tracker, proving that the 30 days have been completed by all users
Discounted Purchases: If you applied for a discount, your right to a refund after use is waived. However, if the product and bags are unopened, you can still return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Parcel lost in transit?
If your parcel is lost in transit, please notify us at support@breathelio.com within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and any tracking details available.

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit for the first time, it will be reshipped to a pickup point near you.

If the order is not picked up from the pickup point and is returned to us automatically, you will not receive a refund.

A refund will only be issued if the order is sent back to us directly by the customer.
Our support team will assist you in locating your package or determining next steps if necessary.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. If the original payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be provided.
Refund Policy for Journey Packs
Refunds for used Journey Packs are available under the following conditions:

A refund can be issued for the used amount of Journey Packs based on the number of people who have actively tried Lio for a month.

For example, if you purchased one Journey Pack for yourself and used it for a month, the refundable amount would correspond to the price of one Journey Pack.

If you purchased multiple Journey Packs to quit smoking with others, you will receive a refund for the number of Journey Packs corresponding to the number of people who actively tried them for a month. To receive a refund of multiple Journey Pack, you will have to submit proof by sending a selfie with a filled out habit tracker.
