Questions before you buy

What is Lio?

A hand-finished wooden mouthpiece that gives you flavoured air, nothing else. It keeps the hand-to-mouth ritual (that's ~80% of the habit) with 0 nicotine, 0 vapour, no batteries, nothing burning.

How do I use it?

1. Click a flavour core into your Lio.
2. Set the airflow you like.
3. Draw through the mouthpiece.
What comes out is flavoured air and your own breath. That's it.

What's inside, any nicotine?

Zero. The device is solid FSC hardwood, no battery, no coil, no heating element. The cores are plant-based botanical aromas on a food-grade carrier. Vegan, no e-liquid, no synthetic sweeteners or dyes. Sensitive to essential oils? Check the per-flavour list first.

Which flavours do I get?

All four, in every pack:
🌱 Minty Magic, clean, cool peppermint
❄️ Peppery Mint, sharper, with a bite
🍂 Cinnamon Spice, warm & comforting
🍊 Ohh My Orange, bright, zesty citrus
Think herbal tea, not soda, never sweet or heavy.

Can I use it indoors or on a plane?

Yes, anywhere. No vapour, no smell, no smoke, no restrictions. Office, flights, next to your kids.

How long does a pack last?

Single Pack: ~30 days (1 device + 6 flavour bags). Double Pack: ~60 days (2 devices + 12 bags). The device itself lasts years, you only re-order cores.

When will I get it?

Order today, ships today, free shipping, packed in Amsterdam by our family ourselves. Tracking link by email the moment it leaves.

What if it's not for me?

Try it for 30 full days. If it doesn't earn its place in your day, email support@breathelio.com and we refund you in full, device included. No forms, no fine print.

Any questions?

We've got answers

What does Lio taste like?

Think herbal tea, not soda. If you're used to vapor, Lio is lighter and more natural than you'd expect. Not as sweet, not as heavy, just clean, flavoured air.

What is Lio?

A flavoured air device with 0% nicotine. No vapour, no battery, no tobacco: just plant-based aromas and your own breath.

How does it actually work?

Your habit isn't just chemical, it's behavioral. The hand-to-mouth motion, the deep breath, the immediate relief. Lio recreates that entire ritual through flavoured air, satisfying the pattern your body is actually craving. No nicotine needed.

How can something like this work?

For many people the ritual matters as much as anything: the pause, the hand-to-mouth moment, the slow draw. Lio keeps that ritual and leaves out the nicotine.

Will it work for my habit?

Lio is made for anyone who enjoys a hand-to-mouth ritual and a moment of flavour. Everyone is different, so try it for 30 days with our money-back guarantee.

Is it safe?

Lio contains no nicotine and no tobacco, and nothing is heated or burned. Our flavour cores are made in the Netherlands, and the air you draw through your Lio has been tested by an independent Dutch lab.

How long does each core last?

10+ days per core. Each pack contains 3.

How often can I use it?

Whenever you like. There's nothing to charge and nothing comes out, so you can use it at your desk, on the train or on a plane.

What results can I expect?

Lio gives you the ritual: the pause, the draw and a burst of flavour. Most people know within a few days whether it fits their routine, and you have 30 days to decide. Experiences vary.
