The carrier inside every flavour core. It holds the oils or aromas. Nothing is burned, heated or atomised.

I'm allergic to an essential oil. What should I do?
Check the lists above for that oil. If a flavour contains it, choose a different flavour, or speak to your doctor before using Lio.
Which flavours have no mint?
Ohh My Orange, Razzy Berry and Mango Passion contain no mint oil at all. Spearmint uses spearmint oil only. Minty Magic, Peppery Mint, Cinnamon Spice, Star Anise and Lemongrass all contain peppermint essential oil.
What is the core actually made of?
A medical-grade fibre that holds either essential oils or natural aromas. There's no nicotine, no tobacco and no e-liquid.
Is the wood treated?
Yes, with a food-grade coating. It seals the wood so the mouthpiece is suitable for everyday use.
Why does the flavour taste stronger sometimes?
Warmth. A Lio that's been in your pocket for about 15 minutes gives noticeably more flavour than a cold one. The ingredients don't change, only the temperature.
